Defibrillator (Awareness) Training

A half-day course covering the use of Automated External Defibrillators, and guidelines issued by the UK Resuscitation Council.


Why take this course?

This course covers; why defibrillators are needed, refresher of CPR, legislation, hands-on practice with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

What you will experience

This course is very much practical with delegates getting the chance to practice on a teaching Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Although delegates do not have to hold a current First Aid certificate in order to do this course, a knowledge of First Aid is recommended.

The UK Resuscitation Council recommend that this training should be carried out on an annual basis as a minimum (if not more regularly).
