Developing skills in the practical application and techniques of artificial nail enhancements.
Why take this course?
The course focuses on developing the particular skills needed when applying and maintaining nail enhancements. Learn how to carry out these practical activities maintaining effective health, safety and hygiene procedures.
This is a preparation for work unit, which is based on capability and knowledge.
What you will experience
You will learn about preparation for, application, maintenance and removal of one of the following nail enhancement systems: UV gel, wraps and liquid and powder. You will then learn to prepare and carry out a nail enhancement service on clients.
You should have successfully completed the Provide Manicure Treatment course or hold an equivalent manicure qualification.
