This course is aimed at school leavers with additional learning needs, who are looking to develop essential skills for employment. The course gives you the chance to try out different vocational areas, whilst building on Core Skills established at school. The course encourages and promotes independent learning, and acts as a fun and diverse introduction to the world of work and further education.

What you will experience

You will experience a range of vocational ‘tasters’ to help identify different employment and study opportunities that you may want to consider. The course will also strengthen your Core Skills and understanding of enterprise whilst you work towards a Personal Development Award and Health & Wellbeing Award.
