Although every effort will be made to provide you with the treatment you have booked, we reserve the right to offer an alternative treatment or services to enable individual students the opportunity to establish their skills and to collect vital evidence required for certifications. Although every effort will be made to avoid this, cancellation of an appointment may happen on occasion due to circumstances outwith our control. Alternative appointments will be offered where possible.

Students reserve the right to adapt the treatment with no alteration to the price stated. Although every effort is made to complete the treatments in a commercial time, this is not always possible in a training environment. Please take this into consideration when booking your appointment. Please note that all clients will be asked to undergo an allergy test (for hair colouring and some products used in beauty therapy treatments) prior to treatments involving the application of products to skin or hair.

Please note that North East Scotland College does not offer crèche facilities - therefore children cannot be left unattended whilst clients are receiving treatments.
